Meetly is a native macOS menu bar app. We built it so your calendar and reminder data stay on your Mac — or in your own iCloud — not on our servers.

Information the App Accesses
Meetly may access macOS Calendar events from the calendars you choose to monitor, and — if you enable Meetly Pro — Apple Reminders tasks from the lists you select.
Meetly reads this information only to show menu bar schedules, fire fullscreen reminders, extract meeting links, and sync dismiss/join/snooze state across your Macs when iCloud sync is enabled.
Meetly does not modify your calendars or reminders. It does not upload event titles, attendees, locations, notes, or reminder content to codeonholiday.
Where Your Data Lives
Calendar and reminder data remains on your device and in Apple's Calendar / Reminders services that you already use.
If you use Meetly Pro with iCloud sync enabled, reminder state (such as dismiss, join, and snooze) is stored in your private iCloud container associated with your Apple ID. We do not operate that storage and cannot access its contents.
License Verification
If you purchase Meetly Pro, the app communicates with our licensing provider (Lemon Squeezy) to activate and validate your license key. This may include transmitting your license key, a device identifier, and basic technical information required for validation.
Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card details.
Software Updates
Meetly uses Sparkle to check for app updates. Update checks may contact our update server and transmit the app version and system information needed to deliver updates securely.
Website Analytics
The codeonholiday.com website may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic. The Meetly app itself does not include usage analytics or advertising trackers.
Your Choices
You can revoke Calendar or Reminders access at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security. You can disable iCloud sync in Meetly settings. Uninstalling Meetly removes local app data from your Mac.
Children
Meetly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
