1. The Service

Meetly provides meeting reminders and related menu bar tools for macOS. Meetly is not a calendar replacement and does not guarantee that you will never miss a meeting. You remain responsible for attending your commitments on time.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, codeonholiday grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Meetly on Mac computers that you own or control.

The Free version may be used without payment. Meetly Pro unlocks additional features described on our website and in the app. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, unless we state otherwise at checkout.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Pro purchases are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Prices shown at checkout are final unless a discount is explicitly applied.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Meetly Pro purchases. If Meetly Pro is not right for you, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Meetly except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Meetly or license keys except as expressly allowed.
• Use Meetly in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
• Circumvent license validation or trial limitations outside the intended use of the app.

5. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features. Update availability may depend on your license and the version you purchased. Sparkle may download and install updates when you approve them or when automatic checks are enabled.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Meetly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, codeonholiday will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of Meetly — including missed meetings, lost opportunities, or calendar sync issues.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Meetly will not exceed the amount you paid for Meetly Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $10 if you use the Free version.

8. Termination

You may stop using Meetly at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to license validation services if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Meetly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
